In a medium sized glass bowl, arrange some of the banana slices then pour about 2 fl oz of the cream over the top.
Then some of the dates followed by the cream and a portion of tangerines.
Continue in this fashion until all the fruit has been used up and the last of the cream is on top of the fruit.
Cover with cling film and refrigerate for an hour.
Just before serving sprinkle with grated chocolate or a crumbled flake chocolate.
