Date Cream Pie Recipe
I grew up eating this Date Cream Pie frequently and am happy to share this recipe with you. It is a great Dessert. The marriage of the amazing flavors of Fruits with other ingredients is the secret to this Date Cream Pie. This Diabetic dish of Date Cream Pie is really tasty. Trust me and whip this dish now.
Ingredients
8 inch unbaked pie shell
1 egg
1/4 cup granulated fructose
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup evaporated skim milk
2 1 lemon juice
3/4 cup chopped dates
Directions
Combine egg, fructose, salt, evaporated milk, lemon juice, and dates in a bowl.
Stir to completely mix.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes; then reduce heat to 300°F (150°C) and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until filling becomes firm.
