Ingredients

 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) fat-free or light cream cheese
 8 oz. unsweetened pitted dates, chopped
 Skim milk2 Tablespoon
 Walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until mixed evenly.
Transfer to airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Tried this last night at a function - it was absolutely delicious and I don't usually like dates! Served as a dip with cripy garlic bread and celery sticks. I could have eaten the whole bowl - in fact I ate most of it!
