Date Cream Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) fat-free or light cream cheese | ||
| 8 oz. unsweetened pitted dates, chopped | ||
| Skim milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until mixed evenly.
Transfer to airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
