Date Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Pitted dates | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tamarind concentrate | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin powder | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Soak dates in boiling water for 2-4 hours.
Transfer to food processor or blender, puree and strain.
Mix date puree with remaining ingredients in serving bowl, refrigerate until ready to use.
