Directions

Boil the water in a pot, and steam the dates for 20 minutes.
On medium heat, roast the almonds in a pan till they become golden brown.
Stir from time to time.
Pour almonds and dates into a food processor and mix together until you get a thick paste.
When done, add honey, cinnamon, and orange blossom water and mix with your hands.
Make balls from the paste the size of walnuts and roll them in the shredded coconut.
Serve the truffles cold. Enjoy!
