 Packed brown sugar2 Cup(16 tbs)
 Shortening2 Cup(16 tbs)

 Pumpkin1 16 Ounce, can
 Vanilla2 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon2 Teaspoon
 Baking powder2 Teaspoon
 Baking soda1 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1 Teaspoon
 Allspice1/2 Teaspoon
 Whole wheat flour4 Cup(16 tbs)
 Raisins2 Cup(16 tbs)
 Nuts1 Cup(16 tbs), chopped
 Cream Cheese Frosting

Directions

Cream together brown sugar and shortening in the Bosch bowl.
Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
Stir together.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake in a 375° F.
Oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool on wire racks, and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
