Darlene'S Pumpkin Cookies Recipe
Ingredients

| Shortening | 2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Pumpkin | 1 16 Ounce, can | |
| Vanilla | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Whole wheat flour | 4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup(16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cream Cheese Frosting | ||
Directions
Cream together brown sugar and shortening in the Bosch bowl.
Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
Stir together.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake in a 375° F.
Oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool on wire racks, and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
