Ingredients

| Coconut | 4 Teaspoon (For Grinding:-) | |
| Coriander leaves | 2 Teaspoon (For Grinding:-) | |
| Cumin | 1 Teaspoon (For Grinding:-) | |
| ChilliPowder-1tsp | ||
| Haldi-pinch | ||
| Water little and grind smooth paste. | ||
| Oil | 1 Teaspoon (For seasoning:-) | |
| Fenugreek seeds or methi seeds-1tsp | ||
| Hing | 1/2 Teaspoon (For seasoning:-) | |
| Onion | 1 (For seasoning:-) | |
| Tomato | 1 (For seasoning:-) | |
| Garlic | 6 (For seasoning:-) | |
| Tamarind juice | 3 Tablespoon (For seasoning:-) | |
Directions
In a pan put oil,when it is hot.
Add methi seeds,allow to pop.
Add hing,fry for sec,add onion,garlic and fry till brown colour.
Now add tomato and allow to become mashy
Then add boiled darkeyed beans,grinded masala,tamarind juice,salt and allow bubbles to come.
When they are cooked completely,adjust the salt.
Finaly transfer to a serving bowl.
Eat with hot rice.............
