 Beans1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Water as required
 Coconut4 Teaspoon (For Grinding:-)
 Coriander leaves2 Teaspoon (For Grinding:-)
 Cumin1 Teaspoon (For Grinding:-)
 ChilliPowder-1tsp
 Haldi-pinch
 Water little and grind smooth paste.
 Oil1 Teaspoon (For seasoning:-)
 Fenugreek seeds or methi seeds-1tsp
 Hing1/2 Teaspoon (For seasoning:-)
 Onion1 (For seasoning:-)
 Tomato1 (For seasoning:-)
 Garlic6 (For seasoning:-)
 Tamarind juice3 Tablespoon (For seasoning:-)

Directions

In a pan put oil,when it is hot.
Add methi seeds,allow to pop.
Add hing,fry for sec,add onion,garlic and fry till brown colour.
Now add tomato and allow to become mashy
Then add boiled darkeyed beans,grinded masala,tamarind juice,salt and allow bubbles to come.
When they are cooked completely,adjust the salt.
Finaly transfer to a serving bowl.
Eat with hot rice.............
