Dark Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 tsp +1 tsp lowfat milk
Directions
Fill a small saucepan with about 3/4 in. of water.
Bring water to a simmer.
Place chocolate chips in a custard cup.
Place custard cup in the simmering water.
When the chips just begin to melt, add 1 T (15 mL) of the milk.
Cook and stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Continue stirring and slowly add remaining milk.
Remove custard cup from water and set aside.
