Danish Fish Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound fish (any variety), cooked and flaked
1 can (1 pound) salmon, drained
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 eggs, separated
Directions
Combine fish, salmon, crumbs, butter, lemon juice, and seasonings; beat egg yolks.
Add beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Fold into fish mixture, turn into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, or until firm
