Danish Dessert Cake Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup finely chopped Diamond Walnuts
3/4 cup finely chopped unblanched almonds
1 1/2 cups Pillsbury's Best Flour (sifted Regular or Instant Blending)
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
3/4 cup Land O'Lakes Butter, melted
Directions
Grease bottom of 9x9-inch pan.
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Blend well. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread in pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool.
