Danish Delight Recipe
Ingredients
2 slices buttered rye bread
4 small slices cold cooked pork
2 small lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon pickled red cabbage
2 slices of orange
2 prunes
Directions
Place 2 slices of pork overlapping on each piece of bread.
Place a piece of lettuce in one corner and fill it with red cabbage.
Place an orange twist in the other corner with a prune.
