Danish Pork Hash Recipe
This is a lip smacking Danish Pork Hash recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my excitement. Best enjoyed as an Appetizer this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. The Danish Pork Hash is made with Pork which is easy to find at any grocery store. This Danish Pork Hash is surely going to make you famous amongst your friends once they taste it. Try it right away!
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 cup cabbage, shredded
Salt and pepper
2 lbs ground pork
1/2 cup red wine
Directions
In a heavy bottomed cooking pot, melt butter until golden.
Mix in brown sugar.
Cook until caramelized.
Fold in cabbage.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, mixing well.
Place ground pork over cabbage.Pour in wine.
Cover.
Over very low heat, cook 2-3 hours, stirring often so mixture does not stick to bottom.
