Danish Luncheon Salad Recipe
Ingredients
4 ounces cooked flaked fish (salmon or other fish)
1 cup diced celery
1 medium cucumber, diced
1 medium dill pickle, diced
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons minced dill
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
Combine fish with all other ingredients, mixing very thoroughly.
Divide salad into 2 even portions and serve in individual lettuce cups.
