Danish Gin Recipe
Ingredients
| Gin | 1 Ounce | |
| Dry vermouth | 1/2 Ounce | |
| Cherry heering | 1/2 Ounce | |
| Kirsch | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon peel | ||
Directions
Pour the gin, vermouth, Cherry Heering and kirsch into a cocktail shakerwith ice.
Shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.
Twist the lemon peel above the glass and drop it in.
