How to make Danish Fish Balls

1. Grind the raw fish and mix with the butter, flour, salt and pepper. Grind the mixture eight times.
2. Add the milk, a little at a time, beating constantly. Use an electric mixer at low speed, if desired. Beat in the eggs.
3. Form the mixture into small balls with a teaspoon. Drop into boiling water, cook slowly for a few minutes and drain.
