Danish Dumplings Recipe
Danish dumplings recipe is very precious to me because it was passed on to me by my mom. The danish dumplings is made with chicken which is easily available at any grocery store. European folks out there will love this recipe. You will definitely thank me for sharing this danish dumplings.
Ingredients
1 large chicken
1 Tbsp. rosemary
Salt to taste
1 cup milk
1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
Directions
Boil chicken with rosemary and salt.
When cooked, debone chicken, saving broth in stewer.
In another pan, bring milk and margarine just to boiling point and quickly add salt and flour.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Drop by spoonfuls into boiling broth.
Cover and simmer about 10 minutes.
Add chicken, soup and parsley.
Heat and serve.
