 Cabbage4
 Tart apple1 Small, peeled
 Green onions4
 Chives2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Dairy sour cream - 3/4 cup, lightly whipped
 Blue cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled
 Mayonnaise1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 White wine vinegar2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Dill1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Paprika - a pinch
 Salt To Taste
 Black pepper1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl,mix together cabbage, apple, green onions, chives, sour cream, blue cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice and dill.
2) Add required paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
3) Chill covered with lid for several hours before serving.
