Directions

GETTING READY
1. Add the flour into a bowl.
2. Add hot water and mix with chopsticks. Once cooled down, knead the mixture.
3. Then make balls off the dough.

MAKING
4. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
5. Add the kneaded balls and cook for 15 minutes.
6. Cook the sugar and soy sauce in a frying pan.
7. Add potato starch and continue to mix until a paste is formed.

SERVING
8. Put the dango on sticks and put the mitarashi on top and serve.
