Dandelion Greens Recipe
Ingredients
Dandelion greens- 2 pounds
Butter- 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper- as required
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting off the roots, pick the greens over carefully, and wash them well in several waters
MAKING
2.Place them in a kettle, add a little boiling water, and boil until tender
3.Salt the water just before cooking is completed
4.When done, lift them into a colander, press them to drain off all the water, and chop
5.Add butter, salt and pepper
SERVING
6.Serve dandelion greens with grated Parmesan cheese
