Ingredients

 
1 cup young dandelion greens
 
1 head iceberg lettuce
 
2 tsp low-calorie Italian dressing
 
2 tomatoes
 
1 small cucumber
 
2 tsp low-calorie bleu cheese dressing
 
1 tsp skim milk

Directions

Rinse greens and lettuce.
Pat dry with towel.
Break into large pieces.
Place in large plastic bag.
Sprinkle with Italian dressing.
Close tightly and store in refrigerator to crisp.
Shake occasionally.
Peel tomatoes and remove seeds; slice tomato flesh into strips.
Peel cucumber; slice into 1/8 in. (3 mm) slices.
Place greens, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber in wooden bowl.
Blend bleu cheese dressing with skim milk.
Cover salad with dressing.
Toss to coat all ingredients.
