Damson Liqueur Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lb. damson plums | ||
| White sugar | 11/2 Pound | |
| Gin | 1 Bottle (1l) | |
Directions
Prick the plums with a fork several times.
Put all ingredients in a bottle with screw top and leave in view and give it a good shake several times a day for 5 or 6 days.
Store for 1 year (worth the wait).
