Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor jar, place ginger, garlic, green chili, cumin and split moong dal, blend to a paste.
2. Add coriander leaves, onion, salt, red chili powder, combine well.
3. In a skillet, heat oil on medium heat, make 3 inch circles of the prepared mixture and fry for both sides until it turns golden brown.Transfer to a paper towel.

SERVING
4. Serve hot with green chutney and bread slices.
