Ingredients
| Split red gram or lentil 225 gm. | ||
| Onion | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Green chillies | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Turmeric a pinch | ||
| Fat | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Tempering | ||
| Fat | 10 Gram (For 4) | |
| Mustard seeds a pinch | ||
| Whole red chillies 2-3 | ||
Directions
1. Pick and wash gram or lentil.
2. Slice onion and slit green chillies.
3. Heat fat. Saute gram, onion, chillies, turmeric. Add enough water to cook.
4. When tender remove from fire and mash. Add more water if required.
5. Add salt and bring to boil.
6. Remove and temper with given ingredients.
