Dairy Free Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 2 Medium, minced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sirloin | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Tomato Paste - 2 6-ounce cans | ||
| Tomato juice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Red wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a skillet heat oil and brown onions and garlic in it.
2) Add beef and brown.
3) Drain off the fat.
4) Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
5) Cover and simmer for 3 hours.
6) Stir in wine and simmer for another 15 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve hot.
