Tart apples- 3 cups, sliced
Grapefruit juice- 2 1/2 cups, canned
Graham Cracker Pie Shell- 1
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Cornstarch- 3 tablespoons
Whipped cream- as required
Maraschino cherries- 8, chopped
Directions
MAKING
1.In a pot, cook apples in grapefruit juice until tender.
2.Arrange apples in pie shell.
3.Mix sugar and cornstarch, add to juice and cook until clear and thickened.
4.Pour over apples.
5.Cool.
6.Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with cherries.
SERVING
7.Serve warm
