Dahi sev batata puri Recipe
These are the small puffed puris served with mashed potatoes,or boiled garbanzo beans ,green chutney,sweet and sour tamarind chutneyand its garnished with yoghurt and fine save.

Ingredients
8 Puris (see the recipe in my previous panipuri recipe)
1 mediun boiled potato(chopped)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Boiled chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/2 Tspn red chili powder
1/2 Tspn roasted cumin seeds
1/2 Tspn chaat masala
3 Tbspn green chutney
3 Tbspn tamarind chutney
1 Cup yoghurt (beaten curd)
3 Tbson chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
1/4 cup fine sev (can get in indian store)
Directions
To serve place the pooris on a plate .poke a hole in each pooris.
Now fill the puris with boiled potatoes ,boiled garbanzo beans.
Sprinkle salt,chaat masala, cumin powder,red chili powder.
Pour beaten yoghurt on each puri.
Now add green chutney and tamarind chutney.
Garnish it with sev and coriander.
You can sprinkle a bit of cumin powder and red chili powder from above.

Delicious Dahi sev batata puri recipe. In my view, this is the best recipe from Indian cuisine.
