Dahi Recipe
Ingredients
1 quart plain yogurt
Juice of 12 limes
1/2 to 1 cup sugar or honey, approximately
Ice-cold spring water
Directions
1. Put the yogurt, lime juice, and sugar to taste in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Blend or process until sugar has dissolved.
2. Pour into a gallon jug or container and fill with ice-cold spring water.
