1 cup crunchy peanut butter
7 oz. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp. buttermilk
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and buttermilk.
Add flour and soda.
Roll into balls and chill one hour.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place balls of cookie dough on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fork.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
