Cutlets In Mushroom Sauce Recipe

| Lean ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Dash | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooking oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
Directions
Mix the beef, 1/2 cup milk and seasonings in a bowl.
Shape into thin, oblong patties and dip into flour.
Brown in oil in a skillet.
Drain off fat.
Dilute soup with remaining milk and pour over patties.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
