Cutlets Cordon Bleu Recipe
Cutlets Cordon Bleu is an easy to prepare recipe which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
2 (4 to 5 oz.) beef cubed steaks
1/2 (4-oz.) container semi-soft natural cheese with garlic and herbs
2 thin fully cooked ham slices
6 asparagus or broccoli spears, cooked, drained
1/2 slice Swiss cheese, cut in half
Directions
1. Spread each cubed steak with some of the semi-soft cheese. Top each steak with a ham slice; spread with remaining semi-soft cheese.
2. Place 3 asparagus or broccoli spears in center of each ham-topped steak. Top with Swiss cheese.
3. Fold over sides and secure with wooden picks. Place steaks, seam-side up, in a 10" x 6" baking dish.
4. Cover with vented plastic wrap or lid. Microwave at 100% (high)2-1/2 minutes. Rearrange steaks. Cover and microwave at 30% ( medium low ) 3 to 4 minutes or until meat is done. Meat should be slightly pink when cut in center. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
