Ingredients
Egg yolks - 3, slightly beaten
Sugar - 1/4 c.
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Scalded milk - 2 c.
Vanilla - 1 tsp.
Directions
MAKING
1) In the top of a double boiler, add egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Then add in the milk.
2) Place over boiling water and stirring continuously, allow to cook for 15 to 20 minutes, till the mix coats a metal spoon.
3) Add in the vanilla.
4) Refrigerate.
SERVING
5) Serve chilled over cut fruits.
