Directions

Prepare your favorite single 9" crust.
Partially bake the crust at 425°F for 8 minutes.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
Pour any of the above custards into the partially baked crust.
Continue baking at 350°F for 45 minutes, or until set.
