Custard Pie Chocolate Topping Recipe
Ingredients
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
Salt
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
TOPPING:
1 square melted chocolate
2 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons butter
3/4 cup icing sugar
Directions
Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, salt, vanilla and milk.
Strain into pie plate lined with pastry.
Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees and 30 minutes at 320 degrees.
Beat all together, and spread over cold custard pie.
