Custard Corn Pudding Recipe
Custard Corn Pudding is a delicious side dish version that you will always love to include in your party. The Custard Corn Pudding will surely always tempt you to try it again and again!
Ingredients
3 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
5 eggs
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 16- to 17-ounce can whole-kernel corn, drained
Directions
1. In 1-quart saucepan over low heat, heat milk and butter or margarine until tiny bubbles form at edge of saucepan and butter melts.
2. Meanwhile, in 2-quart casserole, beat eggs, sugar, salt, and pepper; stir in corn. Slowly add milk mixture to egg mixture, beating constantly.
3. Place casserole in 13" by 9" baking pan; place pan on oven rack. Pour enough hot water in pan to come halfway up side of casserole.
4. Bake in 325°F. oven 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
