Quick Custard Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 quart milk
 
Nutmeg
 
4-5 eggs
 
Cinnamon (optional)
 
2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

Beat eggs into milk.
A blender is good for a smooth mixture.
Add sprinkling of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Place mixture in top of a double boiler with water already boiling.
Cover, and let cook for 13-15 minutes.
Remove from heat, and cool.
