They are so loaded with sugar! Not typical Thai taste. We couldn't even swallow the overly sweet Curry Simple dish. It is so easy to make your own coconut curry for far less money and not the sugar grams. A VERY easy was is to buy a small can of Mae Sri or Mae Ploy curry paste from Thailand and a can of coconut milk. Cost total is less than $2 and it will taste wonderful without so much sugar. I figured it out once via grams and it is like a cup of sugar in Curry Simple. Shanti/Mary-Anne
