Ingredients

 Fat1 Tablespoon
 Onion2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Stock- 1 pint, milk or water
 Flour1 Tablespoon (Curry-powder- 1 teaspoon)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1.In a pan, heat the fat and sauté in the chopped onion until a delicate brown
2.Then add the curry powder and stock or water
3.Simmer for 10 minutes and then stir in the flour that has been rubbed smooth in a tablespoon of cold water
4.Allow it to boil for a minute or two
5.Make sure to keep stirring constantly
6.Remove and strain the mixture then season
SERVING
7.Serve this sauce by cooking it along with cold meat or fish, oysters, hard cooked eggs, canned or left over salmon, lobster, and shrimps
