Curry Dressing Recipe
This recipe of Curry Dressing was picked up by me from a gourmet magazine, I twisted it a little bit to meet my taste here I am, sharing my version with you. It is the perfect choice for Side Dish. Ingredients
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
3 tablespoons reserved artichoke marinade
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon basil, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
Directions
Soften cream cheese.
Blend in artichoke marinade, beating until smooth.
Stir in mayonnaise, onion powder, basil, salt and curry powder.
Mix well.
Add pimiento and blend
