Curry Cheese Biscuits Recipe

| Cayenne pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Butter | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Combine the flour, salt, dry mustard, curry powder and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl.
Cut in the butter to the consistency of fine crumbs.
Blend in.
the cheese.
Stir in the beaten egg and the milk.
While still in the crumbly stage, turn out onto a pastry board.
Form it into a mound.
Cut through the center of the mound with a spatula.
Stack one half of the mound on the other half and again shape it into a mound.
Repeat this process until the dough holds together, about ten or twelve times.
Roll the dough to a thickness of one eighth inch.
Cut with a two inch biscuit cutter.
Bake on a cooking sheet ten minutes.
