Curry Sauced Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 10-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3 cups cubed fully cooked ham | ||
| Can | 1 10 3/4 Ounce, condensed | |
| Cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Cream of potato soup | ||
| Curry powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
In large saucepan combine water, frozen mixed vegetables, celery, and onion.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover; simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in ham, soups, and curry powder.
Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
Combine sour cream and milk; blend into flour.
Add to ham mixture.
Cook and stir till thickened; do not boil.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover; simmer for 10 minutes.
