Curry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Apple | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons | ||
| Chicken stock | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry powder - 2 teaspoons) | |
| Light cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry powder - 2 teaspoons) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Curry powder - 2 teaspoons) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan melt butter and cook apple and onion until tender.
2. Blend in flour, curry powder, stock, cream and salt and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
SERVING
3. Serve the sauce with croquettes and chops or use as required.
