Ingredients

 Butter margarine2 Tablespoon
 Apple3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Onion3 Tablespoon, chopped
 All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
 Chicken stock1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry powder - 2 teaspoons)
 Light cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry powder - 2 teaspoons)
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Curry powder - 2 teaspoons)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan melt butter and cook apple and onion until tender.
2. Blend in flour, curry powder, stock, cream and salt and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

SERVING
3. Serve the sauce with croquettes and chops or use as required.
