Curry Sauce Recipe
This recipe of Curry Sauce was picked up by me from a gourmet magazine, I twisted it a little bit to meet my taste here I am, sharing my version with you. This dish is always a hit as a Side Dish . Within 20 minutes dish can be made. Made with onion, dish is a mouth-watering dish. I bet you haven't tried any Indian dish like dish. I have learnt sharing is caring and what better way to show how much I care for you by sharing this lovely dish recipe.
Ingredients
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 1 cup, chopped
Garlic clove - 1 minced
Indian curry powder - 2 tablespoons
Flour - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1/4 tablespoon, powdered
Chicken or beef stock - 2 cups (fresh or canned)
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, saute the onions and garlic in the butter for 10 minutes.
2) Blend in the curry powder, flour and ginger, then cook over a low heat for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
3) Gradually stir in the broth, stir continuously, bring to a boil and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
4) Taste and adjust the seasoning, if required.
SERVING
5) Serve immediately with some meat, chicken, or vegetables.
