1/3 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
4 1/2 teaspoons dry sherry or cider vinegar
1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 cup currants or raisins
3/4 cup finely diced celery
2 unpeeled apples (such as Empire, Mcintosh or Cortland), cored, cubed and mixed with a little lemon juice to prevent browning
4 cups cooked brown rice

Combine yogurt, sherry, curry, cloves, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Mix well.
