Korean Curry Rice Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
Meat(minced)
 
Java curry (1 packet)
 
oil
 
water
 
1 egg
 
1 onion (diced)
 
1 carrot(diced)
 
1 potato(diced)

Directions

In a pan, saute the meat in the oil until brown. Stir in the carrot, onion, potato; mix well. Crumble the java curry block over the pan and mix well with the meat and the vegetables. Stir in the water and cook until the vegetables are tender and the sauce is thick.
In another pan, make a sunny side up with an egg. Serve cooked rice on a dish, pour over the curry and top with the egg.
