Curry Prawn Shrimp Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 small cauliflower, divided into florets salt | ||
| 8 fl. oz. ayonnaise | ||
| Garam masala | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Green chilli | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Scallions spring | 3 , finely chopped | |
| Shrimp | 1 Pound, cooked, shelled | |
| Lettuce | 1/2 , washed | |
| Few coriander leaves or mint leaves, chopped | ||
Directions
Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, so that it is still quite firm.
Leave to cool.
Blend the mayonnaise with the garam masala, paprika, chilli pepper and spring onions.
Toss the cauliflower and prawns in the flavoured mayonnaise.
