Ingredients

 1 small cauliflower, divided into florets salt
 8 fl. oz. ayonnaise
 Garam masala1/2 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Green chilli1 , finely chopped
 Scallions spring3 , finely chopped
 Shrimp1 Pound, cooked, shelled
 Lettuce1/2 , washed
 Few coriander leaves or mint leaves, chopped

Directions

Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, so that it is still quite firm.
Leave to cool.
Blend the mayonnaise with the garam masala, paprika, chilli pepper and spring onions.
Toss the cauliflower and prawns in the flavoured mayonnaise.
