Curry Pineapple Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Light cream cheese (Neufchatel) - 1 (8-oz.) package, softened | ||
| Non-fat plain yogurt - 1 (8-oz.) container | ||
| Crushed pineapple in its own juice - 1 (8-oz.) can, well drained | ||
| Currants or raisins - 1/4 cup | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon (Curry powder - 1/2 teaspoon) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a small bowl and combine together all the ingredients in it. Mix nicely.
2) Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
SERVING
3) Use this Spread on any fruit salad.
