Curry Glazed Pork Butt Recipe
Curry Glazed Pork Butt is an unique preparation served as a main course meal. I simply love the tangy taste in this glazed meat recipe. Anything baked has always been my favourite, and when it comes to baked pork butt its delicious!
Ingredients
1 1/2- pound boneless pork butt
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons orange rind
Directions
Place pork butt in large pan with water to cover.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 45 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Make 4 or 5 slashes about 1 inch apart almost three-quarters through meat.
Place in baking pan.
Make a curry glaze by mixing together the brown sugar, curry powder, orange juice, and orange rind.
Spread it over the pork.
Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes.
