| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Prepare cauliflower by washing it and then cutting it into small flowerets.
MAKING
2.In a pan, heat salted water and let the cauliflower cook for 10 minutes after covering the pan.
3.Once done, strain and keep it aside.
4.In a bowl, mix water with eggs and blend well.
5.Coat the flowerets by dipping in the egg mixture first and then in cracker crumbs.
6.Heat oil at 375 and fry these florets in it.
SERVING
7.Serve hot with dips.
