Curry Consomme Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cans condensed consomme madrilene, undiluted | ||
| Curry powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 c. light or heavy cream | ||
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
Directions
To the consomme, add remaining ingredients, except the parsley.
Mix thoroughly.
Bring to boiling point, but do not boil.
Serve garinished with parsley.
