Ingredients

 Skimmed milk1 Liter (For Curry:)
 Besan200 Gram (For Curry:)
 Green chillies3 , chopped (For Curry:)
 A small piece ginger
 Black pepper1 Pinch (For Curry:)
 Salt To Taste (For Curry:)
 Sprouted moong1/4 Cup (16 tbs), boiled (For Chaat: 10-12 pieces of bhel papdi(baked))
 1/4 cup sprouted and boiled moth
 1/4 cup sprouted and boiled black channa
 1/4 cup sprouted and boiled green channa
 1/4 cup soaked channa dal
 1/4 cup cut palak into small pieces
 Red rnirchi powder 1/2 tsp
 Dhania powder 1/2 tsp
 Salt To Taste (For Kofia :)
 Hing a pinch
 Shredded cabbage, carrot, capsicum
 Coriander for decoration

Directions

For Curry :
1. Add all ingredients and put it on steam for 30 minutes.
For Chaat :
1. Crush the papdi into small pieces.
2. Make a tadka of moth, moong, black and green channa. Add masala to it.
3. Put 4-5 drops of lemon and garam masala.
For Kofta:
1. Grind dal and mix palak.
2. Add masala and then bake them.
